Robert strives to recognize the client’s goals and maximize opportunities for efficient use of all available resources and directly involves the client to achieve a successful project. This participation ensures that the client is aware of the opportunities and constraints that will influence the planning, design, budgets and the techniques used in construction, post construction and operations of the golf facility. Budgets can be a constraint, but the budget should not compromise the fundamental golf course planning, design and construction principals.
Robert's goal is to offer a comprehensive service to create the most appropriate golf course solution, and he carefully considers a functional layout and design of golf features that lends it to efficient and effective maintenance practices. Environmental and land conservation considerations are applied to project to ensure compatibility between the golf course and the natural landscape.
